Delicious dining options on board Sovereign

Sovereign

Throughout the summer season of 2017, Pullmantur’s Sovereign will operate itineraries within the western Mediterranean – taking passengers to a range of fabulous destinations. You will be able to experience the glitz and glamour of southern France in Nice, admire the spectacular Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, and soak up the sun on the beaches of Malaga.

A major part of any holiday is being able to enjoy fabulous cuisine. Thanks to the assistance of two Michelin-starred chef, Paco Roncero, Pullmantur is able to offer dishes that are packed full of vibrant Mediterranean flavours. In addition to this, passengers can also enjoy Asian fusion food, sumptuous grilled meats, filling breakfasts and much more. We take a closer look at the full dining offering available on board Pullmantur’s Sovereign this summer.

Restaurant Guadiana | Deck 3

The Guadiana Restaurant is one of the two main dining areas available to choose from on board Sovereign. Covering an area of 1,500 square metres, this is one of the largest dining areas on board the ship and a real spectacle. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, accommodating for a total of 758 diners.

Restaurant El Duero | Deck 4

The a la carte offering available in Restaurant El Duero will regularly reflect the region in which you are visiting. This will enable you try local specialities on board the ship while also enjoying a more formal atmosphere.

Buffet Panorama | Deck 11

Even the most fussiest of eaters will struggle to not find something they like in the expansive Buffet Panorama. Covering an area of 2,000 square metres, this informal dining area offers a wide selection of hot and cold options and is open for all meals throughout the day. It is also worth noting that every item has been lovingly prepared by the on board chefs.

Restaurant Wu Fusion & Lounge Bar | Deck 12

Wu Fusion Restaurant

This is the only restaurant on board the ship which is not included as part of the all-inclusive package. However, if you are either looking for a quieter venue on board the ship or simply want to try some fabulous Asian fusion cuisine – look no further. Vibrant flavours of the Far East are delivered to your plate – many of which would look perfectly in place at a restaurant charging double the price.

The Grill | Deck 12

If it’s too warm to sit inside and you want to continue soaking up the sun, you may appreciate the offering available in The Grill. Chefs prepare a range of hot and cold snacks including burgers, pizza, chips, salads and much more that will make for a perfect lunch or a light snack. You will be able to return to you sunbed in no time at all.

While Sovereign sails the western Mediterranean, the other three vessels of the Pullmantur fleet open up opportunities to visit other regions of Europe and the Caribbean. Horizon will operate itineraries to the Greek islands; Monarch will take passengers to the scenic delights of the Norwegian fjords and the iconic capitals of Baltic Europe; while Zenith will travel to the stunning white-sand beaches of the Dutch Caribbean.
