Skjolden

A village that lies close to Norway's longest and deepest inlet, sparkling Sognefjord, fringed by towering mountains in a brilliant vision of jade slopes and azure summer skies. Few colours here match the electric blue ice of the Kjenndalen Glacier in nearby Jostedalsbreen National Park and the mineral-hued waters of Lake Lovatnet.
